Kellie Budd
Partner
Kellie focuses her practice on business and employment law. Kellie represents employees in sexual harassment and discrimination claims, retaliation, wrongful termination, severance negotiations, restrictive covenant challenges, and employment agreement negotiations. In her employment practice, Kellie works hard to resolve employee disputes quickly and effectively but fights vigorously in court when necessary to protect her client’s rights. With nearly two decades of business litigation experience, Kellie represents individuals and companies in diverse matters in State and Federal Court, before the Virginia Supreme Court and in various administrative proceedings at the County and State level. Whether representing shareholders in a business divorce, enforcing, or challenging a restrictive covenant, or litigating a breach of contract claim, Kellie has a wealth of experience fighting on behalf of corporate clients.
In addition to her business and employment practice, Kellie represents homeowners in community association matters.
